Welcome to PlanTrip.AI, a service provided by Nyxone OÜ (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using PlanTrip.AI (“the Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Provision of the Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our Service. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing our Service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of Use.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
Fair Use Policy
Users are expected to use PlanTrip.AI in a responsible and ethical manner. Misuse, including but not limited to excessive requests, attempting to exploit vulnerabilities, or engaging in actions that might compromise the integrity or performance of the Service, can result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
Concierge Fair Use
The Concierge service is subject to a fair use policy, which allows users to use it for a maximum of 5 hours a month.
Trip Plan Limitations
Free users can generate 3 trip plans a month, premium users can generate up to 50 trip plans a month, and exclusive users can generate up to 200 trip plans a month.
Payments
Payments for our services, including monthly and annual subscriptions, are non-refundable once paid.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Data and recommendations provided by PlanTrip.AI may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.
Feature and Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change features and pricing for our services at any time without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing the most current information on our website.
Account Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services if your account remains unpaid past the due date. Upon suspension for non-payment, we may also restrict access to or delete your stored data. Reactivation of suspended accounts may require a reactivation fee.
Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nyxone OÜ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise specified in writing by us, all fees are non-refundable once paid. This includes fees for monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and any other services provided by PlanTrip.AI.
Account Removal and Termination
We reserve the right to remove or terminate user accounts, with or without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use, misuse of the Service, or any other actions that we deem harmful to the operation of PlanTrip.AI or its community.
